Blessed are those who are hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied.
Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.
Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,
When he saw the crowd, he went up on a mountain and when he sat down his disciples came to him;
And a large crowd of people followed him from Galilee, and Decapolis, and Jerusalem, and Judea, and from beyond Jordan.
And the news about him spread throughout all Syria; and they brought to him all who were ill with various diseases, and those suffering severe pain, and the demoniacs, and the lunatics, and the paralytics; and he healed them.
And Iesus went throughout all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and every kind of of sickness among the people.
* μαλακίαν = infirmity or bodily weakness.
And they immediately left the boat and their father, they followed him.
